Shipping time is from the moment we drop your parcel off at the Post Office until you receive it.

CANADA SHIPPING
We ship Canada Post, which normally takes 2-13 days for delivery within Canada. If you purchased the Priority shipping upgrade, shipping normally takes 2-3 days within Canada. These are shipping estimates provided by Canada Post. We never guarantee delivery dates as it's completely out of my control when Canada Post delivers your package.
USA SHIPPING
We offer both Standard Shipping and Priority Shipping options. Our shipping partners are USPS and FedEx.
While we do our best to ensure your order is shipped promptly, please note that delivery dates cannot be guaranteed, as they depend on the carrier and are beyond our control. We truly appreciate your understanding.
DELAYED PARCEL
Once a package has left our hands and is in the care of the carrier, delivery times are beyond our control. We can only provide estimated delivery times based on average shipping experiences.
RETURN
If you wish to return your item, please contact us no longer than 72 hours after delivery. Let us know the reason of your returning and we will back to you as soon as possible.
Shipping Fees are not refundable and the buyer must pay for the return shipping. The item must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with no alterations. Refund will be submitted after return has been received and reviewed.
WRONG ADDRESS
Please make sure your Etsy account is set up with the CORRECT ADDRESS as this is where your shipment will be mailed to. Please note that we are not responsible for shipments that are lost due to INCORRECT addresses.
Please do not leave messages with addresses, in some cases these messages are read after the package has been shipped.
If for any reason your package is returned to our warehouse for insufficient address or wrong address. To ship it to your updated address, it will take approx. 7 business days and an added cost of $20 (this cost includes new shipping label, warehouse fee, and administrative fee).
In according to this policy, there is NOT REFUND due to an amended shipping address.

Please allow at least 3 business days from the moment you receive your shipping confirmation email for your tracking information to update.
All of our packages are first sent to the US border (Sweet Grass, Montana). Once they arrive there, USPS will scan and officially update your tracking number.
